  • 1 ½ cups ice cold water
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups sliced barely ripe bananas
  • 1 (12 oz.) box Nilla Wafers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and ice-cold water; mix well. Add the vanilla pudding mix and beat until thickened. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
  2. Once set, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture gently.
  3. In your serving dish, layer 1/3 of the Nilla wafers, followed by 1/3 of the sliced bananas and then 1/3 of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers two more times.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for another 4 hours before serving.
