  • 64 Biscoff cookies (or graham crackers)

  1. Peel and chop 4 mangoes into small cubes; slice 2 for decoration.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until thickened but not at peak stage.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  4. Layer Biscoff cookies in a 9×9 baking pan, followed by one-third whipped cream and mango cubes.
  5. Repeat layering with cookies, whipped cream, and mangoes.
