  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 2 teaspoons dried)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
  • ⅔ cup saltine cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, mayonnaise, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and salt until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the fresh lump crab meat and saltine cracker crumbs using a silicone spatula.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  5. Portion the mixture into six mounds on the baking sheet without flattening them.
  6. Bake for about 12–14 minutes until golden brown on top.
