  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut small circles into the top of each Hawaiian roll without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Use your fingers or a small glass to create space inside each roll.
  4. Brush the inside and tops of the rolls with garlic butter, then bake for about 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Fill each roll with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, warmed meatballs, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  6. Top with more mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
