  • 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. For the crust, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the muffin tin and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F (160°C). In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream.
  4. Pour filling into the crusts and bake for 18–23 minutes. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  5. Top with your favorite toppings just before serving.
