  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (or low-sodium tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or minced
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • ⅓ cup neutral oil (such as avocado or grapeseed oil)
  • 4 large flour (burrito-size) tortillas or whole-wheat wraps
  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 1 cup croutons, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally into thin cutlets. Season with Parmesan cheese and spices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, miso paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and slowly whisk in neutral oil to create the dressing.
  4. In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with cut chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with dressing.
  5. Warm tortillas briefly, fill with the salad mixture, fold tightly, slice in half, and serve.
