  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (divided)
  • 11 ounces butterscotch chips (divided)
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles (divided)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 1 ½ cups roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11 ounces bag KRAFT caramels or caramel bits
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and half of the peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish and spread evenly; let cool.
  3. In the same saucepan, melt butterscotch chips with unsalted butter. Stir in granulated sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallow creme, and Cocoa Pebbles before pouring over the cooled chocolate layer.
  4. Melt KRAFT caramels with evaporated milk in another saucepan; stir in chopped peanuts and pour over the nougat layer.
  5. Melt remaining chocolate chips with remaining peanut butter and spread over the caramel layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour until set; cut into squares to serve.
