  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 21/2 cups cold milk
  • 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 11/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and dry pudding mixes until blended. Gradually mix in cold milk until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
  2. Spread a thin layer of reserved Cool Whip on the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Layer graham crackers across the bottom.
  3. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers, followed by half of the berries.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with berries on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the cake before serving.
