  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (3 oz) box orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a springform pan by spraying it with cooking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth; set aside.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold half the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in cooled jello.
  7. Layer cream cheese mixture and jello mixture over the crust; swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
