  • 4 salmon filets (6 oz each)
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Optional: sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, then add orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Place salmon on the baking sheet and baste with half of the teriyaki sauce.
