  • 15 Oreos (for crust)
  • 2 ½ tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 Oreos, chopped (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 7-inch springform pan with parchment paper and wrap the outside in foil.
  2. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Lower oven temperature to 325°F. Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreos and pour into the crust. Bake in a water bath for about 75 minutes.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour; then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
