  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • 1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, oregano, thyme).
  3. Pat dry chicken wings. Toss with olive oil and seasoning mix until evenly coated.
  4. Place wings on a baking sheet fitted with a wire rack.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
  6. While baking, mix Frank’s hot sauce with melted butter and honey in a bowl.
  7. Once cooked, toss wings in Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  8. Serve hot alongside Ranch dressing and fresh veggies.
