  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for dipping
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced) for dipping
  • 1/2 lime (juiced) for dipping
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken with spices and olive oil; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Shred the chicken and mix with softened cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, spices, cheeses, green onions, cilantro, and lime juice.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
