  • 100g pretzels
  • 35g plain flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the honey mustard sauce by mixing mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Crush pretzels into coarse crumbs using a food processor or zip-lock bag with a rolling pin.
  3. Set up your breading station with shallow dishes for flour, eggs, and crushed pretzels mixed with spices.
  4. Slice chicken breasts into cutlets and coat each piece in flour, then dipped in egg before coating with pretzel crumbs.
