  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (for mixing)
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and 1/3 cup powdered sugar. Heat in 10-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  2. Crush rice Chex into small pieces in a large bowl.
