  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ cups dry white wine
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Italian seasoning
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and lime juice, scraping up bits from the pan; let simmer for 6–8 minutes.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add butter until melted, then return shrimp to the pan along with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Warm through for 1–2 minutes.
