  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 12 tbsp water
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ cup blueberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. For the red layer, blend raspberries, maple syrup, and water until smooth. Pour into molds and freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix coconut milk and maple syrup for the white layer; add to molds after the red layer is set. Freeze for 2 hours.
  3. For the blue layer, blend coconut milk, blue spirulina, and maple syrup. Pour over the white layer and insert sticks; freeze for 5 hours until firm.
  4. To serve, run molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing.
