  • 1 cup sugar
  • 34 cups cold water (divided)
  • 34 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus extra for garnish)

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, 1 cup of water, and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the syrup into a heat-safe container to remove rosemary.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and remaining cold water. Stir well.
