  • 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • ½ cup cooked edamame
  • ½ avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Reserve some marinade for later.
