  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked white rice, shrimp, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese (reserve some for topping).
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Drizzle melted butter on top and sprinkle with reserved cheese and breadcrumbs.
