  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp salt (for cooking water)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter (plus extra to grease the pan)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz shredded medium cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a casserole dish with butter.
  2. Boil water with salt and Old Bay Seasoning; cook shrimp for 30 seconds until opaque, then drain.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish.
  5. Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
