  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream + mayonnaise)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Spices: smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder
  • Olive oil and salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt for the taco sauce. Adjust consistency with water if needed.
  2. Dry shrimp thoroughly and season with spices (smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt).
  3. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until pink.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by layering cabbage first, then avocado slices followed by shrimp. Drizzle with taco sauce and top with cilantro and Cotija cheese.
