  • 2 1/2 lbs baby creamer potatoes (halved)
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef smoked sausage (sliced)
  • 1 large yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 Tbsp butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until well-coated.
  3. Add sliced sausage, onion, and bell pepper; mix gently to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with cubed butter.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
  6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
