  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets with space between each cookie. Bake for 6-7 minutes.
  6. Add mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces; return to oven for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
