  • 1/2 lb steak, thinly sliced
  • 810 shrimp, deveined
  • 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables (e.g., Brussels sprouts, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Chili crisp or flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced steak in Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch; set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated steak until browned; remove from pan.
  4. Sauté the chopped vegetables until tender. Add shrimp and stir-fry until pink.
  5. Return steak to the pan along with cooked noodles and sauce; toss until coated.
  6. Top with green onions and serve hot.
