  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot powder mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry; can substitute cornstarch)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 23 tablespoons water
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Steam broccoli until fork-tender; set aside.
  3. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; toss with olive oil and spices.
  4. Air fry chicken at 400°F for about 12 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Prepare the sticky sauce by boiling soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, and ginger; thicken with arrowroot slurry.
  6. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha and water for spicy mayo.
  7. Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, chicken, sticky sauce, spicy mayo drizzle, and garnish with sesame seeds.
