  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (diced)
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt with a hand mixer until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  4. Scatter diced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and salt; stir in melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over strawberries.
