  • 6 oz Strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups Boiling water
  • 2 cups Crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Sugar (for crust)
  • 8 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (for filling)
  • 8 oz Whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 lb Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the jello layer by dissolving strawberry jello in boiling water; let cool.
  3. Make the pretzel crust: melt butter, mix with sugar and crushed pretzels; press into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Allow the crust to cool and prepare the cream cheese layer by mixing softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
  6. Combine sliced strawberries with cooled jello; pour over cream cheese layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set.
