  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 6 oz strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 lb sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in sugar, then stir in the crushed pretzels.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  4. Dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread the cream cheese layer over the cooled crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Stir sliced strawberries into the cooled Jello mixture, then pour over the cream layer.
  8. Chill for 2-3 hours until set before slicing into squares.
