  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 ½ cups salted pretzels
  • 8 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in boiling water and let cool.
  3. Crush pretzels, melt butter, mix with sugar and crushed pretzels; press into a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Mix sliced strawberries into cooled Jell-O; pour over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
