  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (cold)
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups whipped cream
  • 6 oz. Strawberry Jello
  • 1 ¼ cup boiling water + ¾ cup iced water
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter, then pressing into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Make the blue layer by dissolving berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix with Greek yogurt and fold in blueberries. Pour over crust.
  3. Create the cream cheese layer by beating together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy; fold in whipped cream, then spread over the blue layer.
  4. For the red layer, dissolve Strawberry Jello in boiling water, mix with iced water, let sit briefly, and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Arrange sliced strawberries on top once set; refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
