  • 1 and 2/3 cup heavy cream-chilled
  • about 1/3 cup powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup unsalted butter-softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese-softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup+ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter-melted
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 (3 oz.pckg) berry blue Jello (or other flavor to your taste)
  • 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • ½ cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries halved
  • Fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the creamy layers by whipping heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold in softened cream cheese mixed with additional powdered sugar.
  2. Create the graham cracker base by mixing crumbs with melted butter and strawberry jam; press into a greased 9×13 inch dish.
  3. Layer half of the creamy mixture over the crust, add diced strawberries, then pour in half of the dissolved Jello. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread another layer of creamy mixture over the set Jello, top with blueberry pie filling, then pour remaining Jello on top and refrigerate until fully set (at least 1 hour).
  5. Serve chilled with whipped cream, halved strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips if desired.
