  • 1 to 2 anaheim chilis, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced in a diagonal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chopped cilantro, cucumber strips, sliced anaheim chilis, and green onions. Mix gently until well combined.
