  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 3 slices ham
  • 1 slice salami
  • 1 slice cracked black pepper salami
  • 1 slice pepperoni
  • 1 slice turkey pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your toaster oven. Cut the ciabatta roll in half and toast both sides until golden brown.
  2. Spread pesto on the top half of the roll and layer sun-dried tomatoes on the bottom half.
  3. Pile ham, salami, cracked black pepper salami, pepperoni, and turkey pepperoni onto the tomatoes, then add mozzarella slices.
  4. Return just the bottom half (with fillings) to the toaster oven until the cheese melts and meats warm through.
  5. Assemble both halves into a sandwich, slice for easy handling, and serve warm.
