  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 3/4 cup green peas (frozen & thawed)
  • 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp tamari
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp hot sauce or red chili flakes

  2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pineapple chunks until caramelized; transfer to a bowl.
