  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz farfalle or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté cubed chicken seasoned with salt and pepper for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.

  4. In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente; drain while reserving some pasta water.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted; stir in Italian seasoning.
  6. Mix cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and creamy sauce in the baking dish until well combined.
