  • 1½ cups quick oats
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup Easter pastel M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, melted butter, and chopped pecans until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1½ cups of the mixture; press the rest into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter; stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the fudge filling over the crust. Sprinkle reserved crumble mixture and M&M’s on top.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until edges are golden. Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
