  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie layer by mixing melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in one bowl, and combining dry ingredients in another. Mix together and pour into the prepared pan.
  3. For the cheesecake layer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until creamy.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and smooth it out.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
