  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Milk chocolate
  • 200 g Butter
  • 150 g Golden syrup
  • 100 g Malted milk or digestive biscuits (broken)
  • 75 g Mini marshmallows
  • 200 g Maltesers

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8" square tin by lining it with baking paper and greasing it lightly.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt together butter, golden syrup, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate until smooth. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broken biscuits, mini marshmallows, and Maltesers.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the melted chocolate mixture into the bowl and stir until coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin, smoothing it down and filling any gaps with remaining chocolate.
  6. Top with additional Maltesers and chill in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours until set.
  7. Slice into squares and enjoy!
