  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken on both sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add rice and toast for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, cover tightly, reduce heat, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.
