  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted refined coconut oil
  • 2 eggs or flax eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the runny almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil, eggs (or flax eggs), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined; the batter will be thick.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it, spreading evenly.
