  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ teaspoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon browning sauce (optional)
  • Fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth; trim stems as needed.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until melted.
